  • Soft tissue mobilization, including Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), helps break up restrictions in muscles, fascia, and connective tissue to improve movement and reduce pain. By applying targeted pressure—whether through hands-on techniques or specialized tools—this approach increases blood flow, decreases stiffness, and promotes tissue healing.   • Dry needling is a powerful technique that helps speed up recovery by targeting trigger points and muscle tightness.
